Young girls become heroines when they apply courage and Christian family values to their lives.  The book tells four stories of four ten-year-old girls at four different times in history. One girl is an abolitionist, one a Native American Osage girl, another an Exoduster, and lastly, a homesteader. With exciting scenes and lively characters, the book will pique young girls' interest in historical events and people.
