WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

WE BELIEVE IN RURAL CULTURE

WE BELIEVE IN COMMUNITY

WE BELIEVE IN KANSAS

We believe to our core that each town in Kansas has an un-tapped gift, elements that make it special.

Helping communities shine a light on those gifts and things that make a town different, is what we do. The Kansas Sampler Foundation is a public non-profit 501(C)(3) organization.

OUR GOALS

TO EDUCATE KANSANS ABOUT KANSAS

TO NETWORK AND SUPPORT RURAL COMMUNITIES

If your town has the spirit and grit to help itself, we want to help you sustain and preserve your community.

Expand Our Concepts of Exploring

To make "tourism" an applicable tool for rural development, it makes sense to look further into this notion of exploring. Subtle features and assets of a town are especially appreciated by explorers, perhaps because the leisurely search for them balances the frenetic pace that has overtaken American culture
